オペレーションがガバガバなこと以外は良い店でした。頼んだメニューが出てこない、違うものが出てくる、ということが散見されたので、そこは非常に残念。ただ、半個室で落ち着けるのと、料理もとても良い。福岡周辺でとれた肉や魚を生のまま楽しめるメニューを中心に選びましたが、どれも美味しかった。九州は久しぶりの来訪でしたが、食のクオリティはやはり侮れないですね。

暑いなかフラフラ歩きながらたまたま見つけて入店しました！ ８人ぐらいでいきなりでしたが座れて良かったです！ 料理本当に美味しかったです！ 生ものはどれとっても美味しかったです！ 店内の空調だけが少し残念ポイントでした。 あれはお酒が進むようにの設定温度だったのかな？ 料理は最高なんでおすすめできる店舗です！

個室でゆっくり、福岡の名物料理をいただくことができます。お通しには酢モツやおきゅうと、炙り明太子、刺身は胡麻サバ、イカの活き造り、いかしゅうまい（佐賀）、チキン南蛮（宮崎？）もつ鍋、イカの天ぷら、といったラインナップで、福岡というようり九州名物かな？私は観光客ではなく地元民ですが、関東の人とかがこのコース食べたら、「九州の名物料理を一通り食べられた」とかなるのかな？と思いました。どれも少量ずつ上品に出てきて、とってもおいしかったです。提供のタイミングもちょうど良かったです。もつ鍋は久しぶりに食べたのですが、しょうゆベースでこってりしすぎず、食べやすかったです。ベースの味は選べるのかも？今回は人にお任せしていたのでコースの種類やお値段のことはよくわかりません。ごちそうさまでした。 基本的に生ビールを飲んで、最後に冷酒をいただきたいのですが、肝心の鍋島が、メニューにあるのに品切れと言われ、それだけがとっても残念でした。獺祭はありました！
